| I've been doing some thinking about my future. Haha, like I ever stop doing that. So I figure that I'm going to be at UF for a while anyways. I may have jumped a year ahead, but I want to get my ChemE major, Poly Sci minor, take as much russian as possible, do a Co-Op, and study overseas (if possible). So I think I should seriously consider doing the BS/MS program. That would only tack 1.5 years (or less) onto my stay at UF. I'd graduate with my BS and MS by or before Spring of 2008. At the ripe OLD age of 23!
Well anyways, here's what I've put together. I know, i'm neurotic.

whoa, i spelled "Politics" wrong in "Politics in Russia" whoops! too much work to change it now.
| Ok, so people give me crap about being a Democrat and wanting to work for the government. I don't buy that. I may not be a big fan of the current administration, but I don't think that joining ranks means I'm doing something hypocritical. I support our country. What better way to change what I think needs to be changed, than to get in close to where the decision makers are. I want what is best for our nation, and that's why I want to work for the government, in particular a defense agency. Our country needs to be defended, and I don't have to be a Republican to think that way.
I'm not a crazy left winged socialist, and i'm not way out there on the right wing either. I'm pretty much in the middle, leaning towards the left. So before you attack someone, assuming they're hypocritical or don't know what they're talking about, why don't you take a second to really evaluate what you're attacking and why. It probably makes more sense than you think.
No, I haven't actually been attacked, but I know some people who despise all Democrats for very little reason. I think that's unfair and unpatriotic. That's my random rant for the night. Came out of the blue and I thought I'd write it down. If i sound like an idiot, let me know.
Hopes and Dreams!
Or this! - Note how they like Eurasian Studies (Russian) and Chemical Engineers!

| Blah. Today was too busy. Breakfast duty, give Robby his math test, watch office, help with lunch duty for 10 minutes, run back to office, eat lunch while fielding call after call after call and trying to study for orgo, run to Mr. Roach's classroom while he goes and picks up his 103 degree daughter from HS, run to 7th grade to watch them while Mrs. Crowley goes home sick, take 7th grade out for PE, dismiss 7th grade, get on bus and ride around for an hour and a half yelling at kids to behave because none of them know how to!!!! I hate mondays.
Now I'm stuck at school waiting for my mother, the all important princiPAL to get off the phone with lawyers, contracters, builders, the public school office, etc so we can go home and i can study for tomorrow's orgo final.
The good parts of the day I can sum up on one hand. My scrumptious salad, the cupcake from some random boy's birthday, hot hazlenut chocolate cocoa, finding out my Orgo Final is all multiple choice, and the background music from my Xanga. Weee.
I hope my dad orders my Dell soon. I want it by Christmas! I mean, I am paying for it. Grrrrr.
| Ok, I don't know how many of you read this. But if you are Shelby, Allie, Jamie, Casey, Will, John, Caroline (or even Jonas) get back at me with idea for this summer. I have a month off between when school ends on April 30th and when I start back again for the summer in June. If all goes as planned, two weeks of that will be spent in Bulgaria. But i'll have about two weeks to do other stuff too. Hopefully we can all go somewhere and have a blast like last time! I'm pretty sure John's still on his mission, but he'll be there in spirit!
A couple of us have spoken, and we have pretty much said no to Florida this time. It'd be cool to go somewhere either in the mid atlantic or northeast. Hehe wouldn't it be cool if we took a road trip to cali or something?
Alright, Robby's done taking his test so I have to go watch the front office since the rest of 7th grade is on a field trip and I've nothing better to do!
| Ok, 3 A's down, 2 to go. I have two finals this week and then i'm THROUGH!!!! Weeee. No more Palm Bay! I can't wait to move to G-ville. Although I'd prefer to be in another state...*cough* On a serious note. When i was applying for a transfer, I really ought to have applied to Texas A&M and Rice. Kickass engineering programs and Texas schools are very well endowed. Damn me. Oh well, I don't think I should transfer again. Unless I absolutely hate UF. We'll see!
So Carlos moved out. End of story. Kind of a big adjustment. Shit happens.
This weekend was soo productive! Saturday morning I woke up, cleaned up a bit, then ran out to buy Christmas lights. Then I came back and put them all up on the roof...myself! All white lights on the house, then some multicolored lights on the front trellis and green lights on the porch column. I know, kind of spastic, but it's so hot! After that I made some chicken stir fry for the family. It was soooooo delicious. Even Galen loved it, veggies and all! Then we settled down to watch Four Feathers and X2. Well actually we started Four Feathers while I was cooking. Both pretty good!
Today I've been bumming around. Avoiding schoolwork like the plague. When my brothers and mom came back with the Christmas tree I helped to put it in the stand, then I put the lights on it. Then I got bored and left the rest to to my family.
Haha today I was going through some paperwork and found some paperwork from the time I was trying to send myself away to boarding school. I think I remember applying to Choate-Rosemary Hall and Andover Academy. I got wait listed at Andover. Not much I could expect applying as a rising senior in HS.
Ok well I suppose I should being studying organic chem now....as long as I can find nothing else to distract myself. Hehehehe it's soo easy. My room's kind of dirty...maybe i'll clean it...
